Support for application/package management

Please add support for managing homebrew and locally installed packages/applications. Note that this is different from being able to install Monarch from homebrew. In this case, I am referring to be able to manage homebrew operations like:

1. Searching for a formula/cask

2. Listing/uninstalling/reinstalling an existing formula/cask

3. Upgrading all formulae/casks

In case of local applications, this can involve features like:

1. Showing application in finder

2. Uninstalling the app

3. Killing/restarting the app
