Is it possible to search photos (triggered by a prefix) either across the whole system or at the very least in the native Photos app and perhaps Notes? Something similar to what Spotlight does:<img src="https://fb-usercontent.fra1.cdn.digitaloceanspaces.com/0193a547-828f-7ad3-a7b0-90487ba3f6a4.png" data-width="100%" data-align="left">I don’t see others doing it so I’m not sure if it’s even doable.
