Restart Monarch Command

A nice way to restart Monarch when there is an update. I get the notifications that there is an update, but I have to go to the icon and quit it manually. THEN I have to manually find the application in my Applications folder to launch it again because CMD+SPACE doesn’t work (because monarch isn’t running).

    Modified the title to denote that this would be a command, possibly a menu bar item action.

    Also, when you restart on update, you may have to wait a second (up to 5), that restart can be slow at times.
