Option to remember position on screen Monarch was last seen at

Right now, when you open Monarch, it picks a sensible default of about 2/3rds up the screen and centered. You can drag Monarch elsewhere on the screen, but if you close and reopen Monarch, it comes back to the default position. I can imagine some people prefer it this way, but others (me) would prefer the opposite. It’d be nice to get a toggle option to remember Monarch’s last position.

A really good execution would allow me to do both — if I re-open within, say, 2-3 minutes of having moved it, use the most recent position. If I put my laptop to sleep and come back hours later, the default is probably better.
