Monarch should focus on a window of the app if its already running

Right now, if an app is already open, and you search for it and press enter in Monarch, then nothing happens. Instead, I feel like it would be better if Monarch would switch the focus to a window of the running app instead of not doing anything. This would be helpful since sometimes I have multiple apps open in fullscreen and end up forgetting if some app is open or not, while I could use cmd + tab, I am way too used to just searching for the app in Monarch. (Side Note: I am not sure if this is already part of v0.8 and if it is then disregard this).
