Extended shortcut keybind support

Extended support to change keybinds in the shortcuts settings. I am from EU and we do not have a > key, I actually have to press alt gr (altgr is on the right side of spacebar) + . (dot) to get > or alt gr + , to get <

The dot and , is in the same place as < > for American layout. So I forget that I can go into a folder directly in monarch because I don’t have a > key to remind me of that feature. Every action that monarch can do would be nice to have a way to change its shortcut keybind in settings not just > feature.
