[SOLVED] Disable "checking for updates" popup modal

I have had several instances over the last week or so of Monarch popping up with its “Checking for updates” / “Monarch is up to date” popup notification while I am lecturing or recording a video. I don’t want to have to manually exit Monarch before I need to present something or do work. First, notifications like this should probably respect the system Focus/DND setting generally; they should probably also respect an application’s full-screen settings — if I have something full screen, it’s because I do not want anything from my system interrupting that. Second, I don’t want these notifications at all, regardless of what I’m doing. Any thoughts?
