Better support for alternative keyboard layouts

I just installed Monarch, and noticed that the default keybindings don’t respect alternative keyboard layouts. For example, I type in Dvorak, and ‘.’ is ‘v’ on my keyboard. Cmd+’.’, the default binding for entering a note, is actually bound to Cmd+’v’, which means that Monarch overrode paste for me.
